Pre-assembly

This is a project step that we treat with great importance, the factory pre-assembly of the system to be implemented in our customer’s facility. We assemble the panels, frames and interface racks in an appropriate place (one of our addresses ) to perform functional tests.

Whenever possible, we have already tested all the main equipment, such as servers, controller panels, cameras, recorders, switches, power sources and other modules. It is often possible to programme all the software and equipment in our laboratories before they are shipped to the final installation place, which is much safer and more practical, since the solution for possible problems is much faster and easier when we can count on our infrastructure.

Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) can be implemented by final customers if they wish. Pre-assembly and factory testing collaborate for cleaner and faster field works, reducing the number of surprises and setbacks.
