Preventive Maintenance

Metodis has an exclusive and dedicated department for preventive maintenance services with periodic pre-scheduled visits, as well as attending emergency calls if needed, depending on their urgency.

The preventive and corrective maintenance contracts have pre-agreed and pre-arranged visits with the client, where planned tasks are performed in order to maintain the system with the best performance.

Our vehicles are well-equiped with appropriate tools for correcting the most common defects in electronic systems, therefore, problems gerenally are solved in the first visit, except in case of specific spare parts.

We keep a strategic regular stock of equipment with higher probability of defects and part replacement needs, so we have great agility in solving problems.

We also have a 24-hour monitoring centre for maintenance calls.
